Nature of the platform

Lytheron OÜ acts as a digital information, editorial and visibility platform. GoPodgorica is not a travel agency, tour operator, accommodation provider, transport provider, restaurant operator, rental company or payment intermediary.

Local services

All local services described on GoPodgorica are provided directly by independent local partners. Users contact partners directly through the contact details displayed on the site (phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, website or email). All bookings, contracts, payments and obligations are made directly between the user and the partner.

Business profiles and ecosystem publication

By submitting, claiming, approving, maintaining or requesting publication of a Free, Premium or Partner business profile, the business representative confirms that they are authorised to provide the submitted information and grants Lytheron OÜ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, format, translate, summarise, adapt and publish the profile for directory, editorial, informational, promotional, accessibility and search-engine-optimisation purposes.

A business profile may appear on GoPodgorica, GoMontenegroGuide and other current or future city-specific, regional, thematic, application or digital services operated by Lytheron OÜ within the same ecosystem. This may include business names, logos, photographs, publicly available contact details, service information, descriptions and links supplied by the business or obtained from legitimate public sources.

Lytheron OÜ may edit, translate, format, shorten, expand or optimise profile content for multilingual publication, editorial consistency, accessibility and SEO, provided that the meaning is not materially misrepresented. Such publication does not imply endorsement, exclusivity or an official partnership unless expressly agreed in writing.

Ownership of trademarks, logos and original business materials remains with their respective owners. A business may request correction of inaccurate information or removal of a profile by contacting legal@lytheron.com. We may require reasonable verification that the requester is authorised to act for the business.

Third-party travel tools

GoPodgorica may display selected third-party travel tools and affiliate links (for example for hotels, car rental, eSIM and transfers). When users click these links, they may be redirected to external platforms operated by independent providers. GoPodgorica and Lytheron OÜ do not control, provide, manage or guarantee services offered by third-party platforms.

Affiliate disclosure

Some travel tools may be affiliate links. Where applicable, GoPodgorica may receive a commission from the third-party provider at no additional cost to the user. Local partner contacts on GoPodgorica remain direct and commission-free.

Editorial content

Editorial content is produced independently. We aim to publish only verified and useful information. If you spot an error, write to legal@lytheron.com and we will review it.

Privacy

Business profile information may be published and distributed across the Lytheron OÜ ecosystem as described above. Personal data connected to accounts, enquiries or platform administration is processed only for legitimate platform, contractual, security and legal purposes and in accordance with applicable data-protection law.
